Continue Praying!

What an awesome opportunity we have in these days. The fields are ripe and it's time to harvest. Please continue to pray for us. Dave is going back to Camp SWONEKY this Summer as well as a mission trip to Jamaica! I am continuing to work at the Sal and look for opportunity to share with God's people. We have vision that we believe is coming from the Holy Spirit. We have a cause. Pray that we can gather the resources that we need and that we ration them effectively. Pray for us to get DEEP into the word and hide it in our hearts. Pray that we would become love so that wherever we go, people want what we have.

Happy Mother's Day @~%~~~~

Happy Mother's Day! Mothers are a pretty important thing. Without them none of us would be here. Feel free to laugh after that previous sentence. It's true. Not only would we not be here, but there are virtues, and character, passions, ethics, manners, romantic gestures, compassionate moments, merciful, graceful, and gentle tones we would not possess as people without the influence of a mother. A mother is simply a non-negotiable, integral part of the most healthy family. If you have a mother who has loved you, shared with you, cherished your successes and mourned with you through the failures then go ahead and hug that woman . Tell her that you appreciate her love and that you thank God for her. Thank her for sticking with Dad through thick and thin, exemplifying covenant and hard work in relationships so that you could see it for yourself. If you were raised by a single mom than give that woman a couple extra seconds of good squeeze. The absence of a father is just as ...

The future is a present.

Have you been praying for us? Good. We have been praying for you. Thank you for your support. We have visions of Florida near the beach and Maine, maybe Portland. These visions are exciting and costly. But our God provides . If there is someone at either of those locations and/or anywhere in between, then God will see to it that we get there to show himself and provide truth and love. Keep praying for us. Keep your head up. Keep your eyes in the word and keep asking for God's heart to be your heart. We love you. See you soon . M. Stacy

As we continue....

Hey! We want you to continue praying for us! God isn't finished with what he has us doing. There is so much hope to be shared, peace to be learned, grace to be given, and love to be poured. There is also much sin, apathy, and ignorance to confront. We haven't been purposed to condemn the world, but to point to Jesus and the significance of his life, death and Resurrection. Dave and I had a pretty significant talk about where all of this is heading. It seems to be growing. We are taking it as it comes and putting all of our eggs in God's basket. If he wanted us to stop after I'm done typing this up, than that is what we will do. Yet if he seems to be giving us more opportunities for our visions to play out we will continue on our journey. If you would join us by doing two things than you would be helping the Kingdom of God advance even further. 1. Pray for providence. Pray that we get the gas, equipment, time, energy, and quality time with Jesus needed for us to contin...

Birthdays. Everywhere. Especially today.

Today was pretty awesome. Well, with Jesus, every day is inspires awe in me. Today is my birthday as I was born from my mother's womb on April 13th, 1986 at 6:55 in the evening. But my physical birth isn't to be celebrated as much as another birth we saw happen in front of our eyes . We met a gentlemen today who came in broken mess, but left a new creation ( 2nd Corinthians 5:17 ). God called him home today and like the prodigal son, he returned and he used us to reach him. I am humbled. As we lead the Lima, Oh Salvation Army in worship and shared what was on our hearts, the Lord was speaking. I looked over our notes after washing and dressing and I prayed this morning that the Lord would say what he would through us. He certainly had a lot to say. We laughed, we cried, we sang, and we were very blessed. It's so good to know that God didn't close the curtain on our drama because of the bomb we made of it. It's good news that out of His great love for us and ...

Onward to Ashland

Onward to Ashland. Ash-land? No...Not unless the Holy Spirit burns us up 'til there is only ashes of our former selves. This is what we're certainly hoping for. We believe God has something planned. He is already there preparing a place for a moment, a meeting, with his very self; an encounter that changes someone and causes them to leave themselves at the altar, never to pick them back up again, Hallelujah. We have secured Thursday, March 20th, 2014 at the Salvation Army Ashland Ray and Joan Kroc Center where Tyler Adcox will have a collection of teens from the community attending to join us in worship and to hear us speak about what's on our hearts. We pray that it becomes what is on their hearts and they don't leave the same. Will you pray to the Lord and plead with Him to change the youth that will be sitting (or standing) in that room during that evening? Thanks again for even reading this. Writing these posts only serve to allow you to support us in prayer as...

We live a Victorious Life

Today was pretty awesome. If you're alive in Christ, every day is pretty awesome if you reflect and meditate. But even in the context of awesome days, this Sunday stands out. Today was a divine appointment in which reflecting on it is almost overwhelming. So much happened that I almost don't feel like typing it all out. But you must know that the Kingdom is being advanced. Three weeks ago Pastor Howard Williams invited On Our Hearts to present the gospel at Victorious Life Christian Center in Tamarack Circle, Columbus, Ohio. Dave and I didn't know what to expect. We had never met the people of this church and only I had the privilege of meeting Pastor Howard previously. Last night we spent nearly three hours practicing, praying, and touching on the implications of scripture we so desperately felt needed to be heard. It was so cool to see how God was organizing our thoughts and guiding us despite our imperfect but hungry vessels. It didn't matter what we wer...
