Onward to Ashland

Onward to Ashland. Ash-land? No...Not unless the Holy Spirit burns us up 'til there is only ashes of our former selves. This is what we're certainly hoping for. We believe God has something planned. He is already there preparing a place for a moment, a meeting, with his very self; an encounter that changes someone and causes them to leave themselves at the altar, never to pick them back up again, Hallelujah. We have secured Thursday, March 20th, 2014 at the Salvation Army Ashland Ray and Joan Kroc Center where Tyler Adcox will have a collection of teens from the community attending to join us in worship and to hear us speak about what's on our hearts. We pray that it becomes what is on their hearts and they don't leave the same. Will you pray to the Lord and plead with Him to change the youth that will be sitting (or standing) in that room during that evening? Thanks again for even reading this. About On Our Hearts

Why we're here...

We are a couple of guys (and gals) with things on our hearts. Much of that has to do with God, love, life, music, and art. We desperately want to live up to our potential and seek God’s wisdom in doing just that.

We started out in different places doing similar things. We loved music and joined bands. We loved the church and attended it weekly. We found that we could be creative and that creativity was one of the most fulfilling aspects of our lives. Inevitably, we met each other, started jamming, talking, praying, and I guess you could say that it was getting pretty serious. But also fun.

While we continue to ebb and flow our different ways and vocations, we still want to impact our world with what God has placed on our hearts. This means life of the church, evangelism of the lost, and a life lived by the Spirit.

Paul encourages us to pray without ceasing! If you have something you need prayer for, or if you read a bible verse that stuck out to you, or if you have a thought or comment about something you read, post it. We will be constantly checking this page, and praying over the things you guys say. We will be responding to the thoughts that you have.

Our Hope is that On Our Hearts won't just be us. God is something that should be on all of our hearts and we are praying that this movement that is happening in the midst of us spreads outwards into our homes, families, churches, towns, cities, and countries.

We are all invited. We are all to share the responsibility. We are all On Our Hearts.

OOH Prayer

We believe in prayer. We believe that God responds to his people and his people pray for His will.

We are more than willing to pray for you. We consider it a duty and an act of worship. Everyone needs prayer. We were built for it. It’s how we communicate to our God, our Father. When we bring our troubles and praises to God, he listens and responds.

Whatever is on your heart, if you are willing to share, we would like to have on our hearts. We want to mourn with those who mourn and rejoice with those who rejoice. You have our confidence and our support.
